Kristina is a forever balance seeker. She has been practicing yoga for half of her life, and a couple of years ago she has become a yoga teacher.
Kristina is a great advocate of balanced healthy homemade food, and doesn’t believe in diets and restrictions. She believes that meals shall be made from fresh produce, cooked with love, and shared with others.
Kristina is currently studying to become a well-being coach. She would like to combine all her experience and knowledge in healthy eating, physical and mental well-being, and to become a support for others on their journey to overall well-being.
